岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities
1、负责自动化设备及生产线的电气系统方案设计、原理图绘制、电气部件选型（含西门子、汇川相关模组），编制电气BOM清单，确保设计方案的合理性、经济性和可实施性，符合行业电气设计规范。 / Responsible for the scheme design, schematic drawing, and electrical component selection (including Siemens and Inovance related modules) of electrical systems for automated equipment and production lines; compile electrical BOM lists to ensure the rationality, economy and implementability of design schemes, complying with industry electrical design specifications.
2、核心负责西门子、汇川模组的编程设计与维护，熟练运用西门子TIA Portal、汇川AutoShop等编程软件，完成PLC程序（梯形图LAD、函数块图FBD等）的编写、调试、优化，以及模组的日常维护、故障排查与升级迭代，保障设备稳定运行。 / Core responsibility for the programming design and maintenance of Siemens and Inovance modules; proficient in using programming software such as Siemens TIA Portal and Inovance AutoShop to complete the writing, debugging and optimization of PLC programs (Ladder Diagram LAD, Function Block Diagram FBD, etc.), as well as the daily maintenance, fault diagnosis and upgrade iteration of modules to ensure stable operation of equipment.
3、配合机械设计工程师，完成自动化设备电气与机械的协同设计，解决设计、装配、调试过程中的电气相关技术问题，确保项目按计划推进。 / Cooperate with the mechanical design engineer to complete the collaborative design of electrical and mechanical parts of automated equipment, solve electrical-related technical problems during design, assembly and commissioning, and ensure the project progresses as planned.
4、负责电气控制柜的设计、布局规划，指导生产部门完成电气接线、装配工作，参与设备整机调试、试运行，记录调试数据，优化控制逻辑。 / Responsible for the design and layout planning of electrical control cabinets; guide the production department to complete electrical wiring and assembly work; participate in the overall equipment commissioning and trial operation, record commissioning data, and optimize control logic.
5、编制电气设计文档、编程手册、维护手册、操作说明书等技术资料，做好技术沉淀与归档工作，规范程序版本管理。 / Compile technical documents such as electrical design documents, programming manuals, maintenance manuals and operation instructions; do a good job in technical precipitation and filing and standardize program version management.
6、处理生产现场的电气设备故障，提供远程或现场技术支持,升级改造相关工作，提升设备运行效率。 / Handle electrical equipment faults on the production site, provide remote or on-site technical support, complete equipment upgrading work, and improve equipment operation efficiency.
7、配合团队完成其他相关技术工作，协助开展新人技术培训、技术交底等事宜。 / Cooperate with the team to complete other related technical work, and assist in carrying out technical training and technical disclosure for new employees.
