**Key Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in both manual and automated software testing.
Proficiency in developing and maintaining automated test scripts, primarily using C#.
Strong capability to learn new systems and effectively manage their integration into existing workflows.
AI Automated test development experience a big plus
Proven expertise in test planning, execution, and defect tracking across complex systems.
Experience with SQL for data validation, querying, and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to navigate and address technical challenges.
Familiarity with production releases, deployment processes, and release coordination.

**Preferred Experience:**

Knowledge of financial systems, accounting platforms, or operational workflows.
Experience with testing system integrations or data pipelines.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
