Key Responsibilities
Investigate internal, supplier, and customer quality issues to determine accurate root causes
Develop and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Ensure system-level closure of all quality issues by updating cross-functional documentation (e.g., DFMEA , PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions) to prevent recurrence
Collaborate with CFT (Engineering, Manufacturing , and supply chain teams to resolve non-conformances efficiently)
Support the transition of manual, paper-based quality processes into robust digital workflows
Assist in Developing , evaluating, implementing, and testing Quality Management Software (eQMS) or custom digital tools
Collaborate with Supplier and operations teams to automate data collection for quality metrics, defect tracking, and audit reporting
Train team members and production staff on new digital quality tools and platforms
Maintain, update, and ensure compliance with the organization’s QMS requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or relevant industry standards)
Participate in the internal audits, ensuring findings are addressed promptly
Draft, review, and control quality documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process flowcharts, procedures and formats
Monitor Quality KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and assist in management review meetings
Ideal Candidate
Basic understanding of MySQL, JavaScript, Python, Rest API
Familiarity with software testing principles and methodologies
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
BE in Electrical / Electronics
