About the Role
The Associate Engineer – ARCH will be responsible for software deployment, installation, configuration, and support at customer sites. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing user training, and ensuring smooth operation of software integrated with SMT manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and deploy software solutions on SMT manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve software, networking, and system-related issues at customer sites.
Monitor and optimize software performance after installation.
Conduct training sessions for SMT operators, technicians, and engineers.
Provide technical support and customer assistance during implementation and post-installation phases.
Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve complex issues.
Maintain installation and service documentation.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and effective communication.
Qualifications
B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), or a related discipline.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of Computer Networking.
Knowledge of SMT manufacturing processes and equipment.
Data Analysis and reporting skills.
Linux operating system fundamentals.
Basic software deployment and troubleshooting knowledge.
Preferred Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
Professionalism and politeness while interacting with customers.
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay range and compensation package
0 -2 Years of relevant experience. Fresh Engineering graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
