About the Role
We’re looking for an Associate Electrical Engineer who is excited to start or develop their career in the space industry.
You’ll work alongside experienced engineers supporting the design, testing, and integration of electrical harnesses and hardware for spacecraft and ground support equipment.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant experience can come from internships, co-ops, university projects, research, or hands-on academic projects.
What You’ll Do
Support the design and integration of spacecraft electrical harnesses.
Create and review electrical schematics and harness drawings.
Work with wiring, cables, connectors, backshells, and other electrical components.
Support electrical hardware testing and validation.
Develop and execute test plans and procedures.
Analyze test results and troubleshoot electrical issues.
Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, block diagrams and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, power, RF, and other engineering teams.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
0–2 years of experience.
Recent graduates are welcome.
Hands-on experience through professional work, internships, co-ops, research, or academic projects.
Basic understanding of electrical systems and schematics.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Interest in working with spacecraft hardware and the space industry.
Nice to Have
Electrical harness or cable design experience.
Knowledge of wiring, connectors, cable routing, shielding, or EMI/EMC.
Experience with electrical testing or hardware integration.
Exposure to spacecraft or aerospace projects.
Experience with tools such as AutoCAD Electrical, CATIA, Autodesk Inventor, Mentor Graphics, MATLAB, or SPICE.
