For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director Data Validation Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $154,400 – $242,550 annually

Responsibilities

Lead clinical trial reporting efforts for global development programs
Ensure compliance with regulations and manage vendor relationships
Develop and maintain data cleaning checks, metrics, and visualizations
Coordinate clinical trial reporting for assigned studies
Collaborate with various stakeholders on data review and governance activities
Oversee resource allocation and manage vendor partnerships for projects
Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and process understanding

Qualifications

BS/BA in health-related, life sciences, or technology fields
8+ years of drug development experience required
6+ years in project management and leadership roles
Experience leading programming teams and engaging with senior management is preferred
Proficiency in programming listings and visualizations using Veeva CDB, Elluminate, and JReview
Knowledge of clinical database systems and programming languages like CQL, SQL, SAS, R, and Python
Operational experience in clinical data operations and regulatory submissions
