Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Transform architectural specifications into production-ready agents.
- Lead ASIC-focused testing and validation across projects and sites.
- Relieve the core platform team of implementation duties.
- Ensure enterprise-grade reliability and performance.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of ASIC development experience.
- Proficiency in automation (Python, API integration, workflow orchestration).
- Expertise in validation frameworks and agent development.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills.
- B.S./M.S. in Electrical/Electronics/Computer engineering or equivalent.
