The role of a Factory Engineer is to provide factory support by troubleshooting and maintaining Facilities Point of Contact (POC) to tool Point of Contact (POC) systems issues (ex: Exhaust, Drains, PCW, etc.) as well as leading Factory Safety, Quality and Upgrade projects.
Your role and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Focusing on addressing any Facilities POC to Tool POC issues.
- Facilitate Trades Resources and Support to fix any Factory Safety or Quality Issues.
- Lead Factory Infrastructure Projects: Includes items such as Exhaust Verification, CO2 Fire Suppression PMs, Improving Lighting, Tac Ops Room Sound, Installing cameras inside tools.
- Lead/coordinate Factory Upgrade/Downtime Events.
- Lead micro-contamination and ESD programs in the factory.
- Provide support for Factory support equipment (Fridges, Lifts, Airborne Counters, etc.).
The ideal candidate shall possess the following behavioral traits:

- Flexibility and efficiency of handling new tasks.
- Willingness to work with minimal supervision and adjust to rapidly changing priorities.
- Be a self-starter, willing to manage own activities as well as supporting team activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
- Bachelor's degree in any of these engineering disciplines: Materials Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Physics or related discipline with 1+years of relevant experience.
- OR Master's degree in any of these engineering disciplines Materials Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Physics or related discipline.
- 1+years of experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing or Equipment Engineering.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Hands on and troubleshooting experience with manufacturing equipment.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $99,030.00-162,500.00 USD

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
