Role Description
Snaptron is seeking a highly skilled Applications Engineer for a full-time, on-site role at our Windsor, CO location. The Applications Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, developing and testing solutions, collaborating with engineering teams, and ensuring the proper implementation of Snaptron's tactile dome products in customer applications. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and delivering innovative solutions within required timelines. Additionally, you will support technical documentation and engage in hands-on problem-solving.
Qualifications
Experience in providing Technical Support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting customers with technical inquiries
Proficiency in Engineering concepts, systems, and tools
Proven problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills to work effectively in a team and with external clients
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered
Experience in electronics or manufacturing industries is a plus, but not required
Demonstrated analytical and system troubleshooting skills
Ability to present moderate to highly technical materials to diverse audiences
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective interpersonal skills
US passport required for international travel
Compensation & Benefits:
Hiring salary range TBD depending on education and experience
