Responsibilities
- Conference and tradeshow support: assist with booth setup and teardown
- Technical support: respond to customer questions via phone, email and in-person
- Sales collaboration: work closely with Sales to conduct pre-sales demos and post-sales support
- Product demo: conduct online or in-person product demonstrations for potential customers
- Training: conduct online or in-person training sessions to new customers
- Technical documentation: update our user manuals, application notes, and training materials
Qualifications
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
- Travel and customer interaction (up to 30% travel expected)
- Strong technical writing skills
- Excellent communication skills in a customer-focused environment
- Friendly, sociable, presentable and professional
We Offer
- Starting salary at $70,000 base + bonus
