In this role, you will provide advanced engineering support for our precision air conditioning and Ultrasonic Humidification product lines, collaborating directly with sales teams, consulting engineers, and customers to bring custom mechanical solutions to life.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
Technical Consulting: Assist consulting engineers and sales representatives with custom equipment selection, unit performance runs, and project submittals.
Design & Modelling: Use thermodynamic modelling software to select components (coils, compressors, etc.) for custom HVAC designs and support prototype testing.
Feasibility & Analysis: Review customer design proposals, technical specifications, and manuals to evaluate application feasibility.
Customer & Sales Support: Provide high-level technical guidance on product lines, create technical literature, and support regional sales managers with product demonstrations.
Documentation: Author comprehensive installation, operation, maintenance, and repair documentation for mechanical/electro-mechanical systems.
🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
Core Engineering Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid flow.
Communication & Organization: Exceptional verbal/written communication skills; ability to methodically troubleshoot complex problems and communicate solutions effectively to both internal teams and clients.
Technical Plusses: Knowledge of 1-phase and 3-phase electrical systems or low-voltage controls is highly valued.
