Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Laser Application Engineer to join our team. You will work closely with the sales, and service departments to develop, test, and optimize laser marking applications as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct application trials and feasibility studies on Laser Marking Machines.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable marking solutions.
Develop and optimize marking parameters for various materials and applications.
Prepare sample markings and technical reports for customers and sales teams.
Provide technical support during machine demonstrations, installations, and customer visits.
Troubleshoot application-related issues and ensure optimum machine performance.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, and R&D teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
Train customers and internal teams on machine operation and application best practices.
Maintain application databases, process sheets, and technical documentation.
Stay updated with advancements in laser marking technology, materials, and industry trends.
Support new product development through testing, validation, and feedback.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards during application activities.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Engineering Materials.
Understanding of Laser Marking Applications and Industrial Automation.
Basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
Willingness to travel for customer visits, trials, and technical support.
