Applications Engineer (Manufacturing)
Minneapolis–St. Paul Metro Area, MN
We’re partnering with a growing precision manufacturing organization looking to add an Applications Engineer to their team!
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong technical mindset who enjoys working cross-functionally and wants to grow within a hands-on manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Review customer drawings and technical specs
• Prepare accurate quotes (materials, labor, processes)
• Support RFQs and collaborate with Sales & Engineering
• Help transition projects from quote → production (heavily involved on the floor)
• Work closely with Ops, Quality, and Purchasing teams
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in precision machining or manufacturing (preferred)
• Strong blueprint reading skills (GD&T a plus)
• Understanding of CNC processes and secondary operations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and grow
Details:
• 100% onsite (40-45/hrs. per week)
• 1st shift | Full-time
• Time and a half overtime eligible
• Company pays 60% of health insurance premiums for employee and dependents
