What You’ll Be Doing
Provide technical support as part of the sales and applications team while building strong customer relationships
Communicate with OEM accounts using solid product knowledge and support commercial and pricing discussions
Assist customers with machine development, maintenance, and service applications
Submit Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) to support product updates and improvements
Perform application reviews and support vehicle-level engineering activities
Evaluate applications in line with internal acceptance procedures
Partner with Account Managers and Engineering teams to communicate technical issues and opportunities
Maintain CRM data, submit trip reports, and support forecasting activities
Travel to OEM and manufacturing sites for customer visits and support
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field OR 3+ years of relevant experience
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting OEM customers
Background in a customer-facing engineering or applications role
Experience working closely with sales or account management teams
