What Will You Get To Do

Translate the needs and customer requirements into technical specifications/design inputs
Provide input and oversight of activities of the Product Engineers
Work with customers to define all product application requirements necessary to gain product approval for production
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure final submissions accurately include all tooling and equipment
Ensure product design meets product cost and overall capital budget parameters and is summarized for the project leads
Ensure test and analysis validates the design, meets requirements and is approved for production
Solve technical issues associated with customer and product demands
Work directly with Advance Quality Engineer (AQE) to ensure quality planning meets customer documentation needs
Participate in the creation and maintenance of APQP documents (DFMEA,DVP&R, etc.)

What Will You Bring

5 years of experience in Product, Applications or Designing Engineer
Proven knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning Tolerancing)
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BSM, BSMET)
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite, 3D CAD, and ERP system
