Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Application Engineer based in Bengaluru. The candidate will be the technical bridge between our customers and the BETA CAE Systems simulation suite — understanding real engineering challenges, proposing the right solutions, building proof-of-concept models, and delivering compelling technical presentations to engineering teams across India's leading manufacturers.
Additional responsibilities include testing solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the successful deployment of company technologies.

Resposibilities
Engage with customers to understand CAE simulation needs and map them to BETA CAE solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution presentations, and live software demos.
Build hands-on Proof-of-Concept (POC) models using ANSA,META, FATIQ, and related tools.
Support pre-sales activities with technical depth — structural FEA,thermal, CFD, fatigue.
Assist customers during onboarding, conduct product training sessions and workshops.
Provide first-level technical support and escalate complex issues to BETA CAE as needed

Qualifications & Required Skills
M.E. / M.Tech / M.S. in Mechanical, Thermal, Aerospace, CFD, or Engineering Design
Strong fundamentals in solid mechanics, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics.
The candidate shall have 1–2 years experience in a CAE simulation, product design, or R&D; role.
Hands-on exposure to any CAE tool — ANSYS, Abaqus,HyperMesh, NASTRAN, OpenFOAM, etc.
Experience with BETA CAE tools (ANSA / META) is a strong advantage.
Basic physics understanding: FEA, thermal, CFD, fatigue concepts.
