Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for an Application Engineer. The Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, developing application solutions, and contributing to mechanical and electrical engineering projects. The role includes testing system functionality, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating cross-functionally to customize solutions for clients. Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical expertise are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Technical Support and customer problem resolution
Experience with application customization
Expertise in Electrical Engineering and ability to troubleshoot electrical systems
Knowledge and skills in Mechanical Engineering and system design
Capability in Testing and validating system functionality and performance
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with automation technologies is a plus
