Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, etc.) required.
Requires a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in B2B sales engineering, technical consulting, or related roles preferred.
Technical expertise in glass to metal hermetic sealing technology a plus.
Knowledge of data center, food and beverage, or industrial equipment a plus.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex customer challenges and propose effective solutions.
Ability to read, interpret, and communicate mechanical and electrical drawings.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to track interactions, manage leads, and drive sales processes preferred.
A passion for technology and a drive to continuously learn and adapt to new trends.
Working knowledge of MS Office, or equivalent productivity suites
Travel at least 20% for customer visits and trade shows.
