Type: Full-time | Travel: Up to 50% (project-based)

Job Summary
Support aerospace engine component manufacturing through process development, tooling design, CNC programming, and customer collaboration.
Responsibilities
Utilizing Makino’s advanced milling and grinding platforms, utilizing 3+2 and simultaneous 5-axis machining techniques.
Develop machining processes and NC programs (Siemens NX).
Design tooling, fixtures, and dressing rolls.
Simulate programs in Vericut; execute on Makino platforms.
Conduct test cuts and machine demos.
Provide post-sale support and training at customer sites.
Document project results and process plans.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in engineering or 2+ years relevant experience.
OR 5+ years hands-on machining/CNC experience.
Aerospace and tight-tolerance machining preferred.
Multi-axis CNC, Fanuc/Makino controls knowledge.
