Salary Range: 70,000−70,000−135,000 per year
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team and lead End-to-End (E2E) validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Apple Wallet services. In this role, you will coordinate release readiness with DRIs to ensure seamless feature launches, verify functionality across Apple ecosystems, and manage the full defect lifecycle. The ideal candidate is comfortable with Apple devices, has a finance or payments background (preferred), and possesses strong soft skills and documentation ability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead E2E validation and UAT for Apple Wallet services, coordinating release readiness with DRIs to ensure seamless feature launches.
Verify Apple Wallet functionality across iOS, macOS, and watchOS ecosystems, ensuring hardware-software compatibility across multiple device generations.
Triage automated test failures using AI-driven internal tools to identify actual product bugs and environmental issues, ensuring only valid defects are escalated to development.
Execute comprehensive functional and regression suites, including data testing to validate payment processing workflows.
Manage full defect lifecycle in Radar, from initial documentation of bugs and enhancements to final verification and closure.
Maintain complex test environments by configuring physical payment terminals and mobile hardware across diverse OS versions.
Required Qualifications:
Comfortable with Apple devices (iPhone, Watch, iPad).
Ability to understand and execute complex test cases and ramp up quickly.
Finance or payments background is preferred.
Strong soft skills and documentation ability.
Experience with defect management tools (Radar or similar).
Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools is a plus.
