Apex Developer

We are seeking a PeopleSoft APEX Developer to support system development, optimization, and user enablement initiatives. This role will focus on enhancing PeopleSoft applications through APEX development, improving system performance, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain applications using Oracle APEX within the PeopleSoft environment
Support system optimization efforts to improve performance, usability, and efficiency
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Provide user enablement support, including training, documentation, and troubleshooting
Analyze and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
Assist with system upgrades, patches, and enhancements within PeopleSoft
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle APEX development
Experience working with PeopleSoft applications and environments
Strong understanding of system optimization and performance tuning
Active Secret Clearance
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and PeopleSoft integrations
Background in user enablement, training, or support
Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, and database performance tuning
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
