Job Summary:
We are looking for an Analog Mixed-Signal Layout Design Engineer with experience in SerDes (high-speed interfaces), SRAM design, and custom IC layout. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Synopsys/Cadence EDA tools, analog/mixed-signal circuit design, simulation, verification, and silicon validation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop analog and mixed-signal circuits for SerDes and SRAM applications.
• Work on high-speed interface blocks such as serializers, deserializers, clocking circuits,
and digital control logic.
• Design and optimize SRAM components including bitcells, sense amplifiers, and
decoders.
• Perform custom layout design, DRC, LVS, and parasitic extraction.
• Analyze circuit performance for power, timing, noise, reliability, and PVT variations.
• Support chip validation, debugging, characterization, and lab testing.
Required Skills:
• Experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design and custom layout.
• Knowledge of SerDes, SRAM, PCIe, USB, MIPI, SPI, and I2C.
• Familiarity with Synopsys or Cadence tools, HSPICE, Verilog, MATLAB, and Python.
• Understanding of analog blocks such as ADC, DAC, LDO, amplifiers, comparators,
oscillators, and bandgap.
