Develop and execute mixed-signal verification plans using SystemVerilog, Verilog-AMS, and behavioral modeling.
Collaborate with digital and system teams to ensure seamless AMS integration and top-level functionality.
Perform corner, Monte Carlo, and transient simulations to validate design robustness across PVT conditions.
Support lab bring-up, silicon debug, and correlation of post-silicon results with pre-silicon simulations.
Contribute to DFT/DFM strategies, including implementation of analog test hooks and production test plans.
Participate in tapeout execution, including LVS/DRC signoff and layout supervision.

Required Qualifications

BSEE/MSEE or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
5+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design and verification.
Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, AMS Designer, and related mixed-signal simulation tools.
Experience with SystemVerilog, Verilog-A/AMS, and scripting languages such as Python or TCL.
Familiarity with advanced CMOS nodes and layout-aware design techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with digitally assisted analog design and background calibration techniques.
