Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the review and validation of analog layout designs to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
Mentor junior engineers by providing guidance and support in layout design techniques and best practices.
Coordinate with manufacturing and testing teams to address any layout-related issues and optimize production yield.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Analog Layout.
Strong knowledge of analog circuit design principles and their impact on physical layout.
Experience with layout tools and software used for analog circuit design.
Understanding of parasitic extraction and its influence on circuit performance.
Ability to analyze and mitigate signal integrity and power distribution challenges in analog layouts.
Familiarity with design for manufacturability and testing considerations in analog layout.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Analog Layout.
This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
