Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related field of study
4-8 years of relevant EDA/CAD experience combined with a passion for automation
2-3 years of technical lead as Analog Frontend
Preferred Qualifications
Good CMOS circuits basics, analog circuits simulation and layout experience
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Ability to take the initiative and drive to results
Skills to manage time, delegate and multi-task at work
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Mentoring and experience with people management will be added advantage
Team-work is imperative in this role
Preferred Skills/ Experience
4-8 years of experience in EDA/CAD in Frontend Analog Design Tools (Virtuoso, Circuit design, Analog simulation, Mixed-Signal simulation, Analog Design Verification, Spice, Spectre, VerilogA, Matlab etc )
Prior experience for having interfaced with EDA vendors towards flow evaluations, licensing and roadmap definitions
Prior experience in programming languages and technologies as needed for projects: Python, TCL, Cadence SKILL, Unix, Shell programming etc
Optional: AI/ML solutions, Compute infrastructure, Data management
