1️⃣ Custom Products — Personal Electronics (Display, Power, Camera)
Design industry-leading custom IC solutions — display & touch power, charger ICs, camera PMICs, power switches/muxes, laser drivers, and high-speed interfaces — for the world's top mobile brands. If you want your silicon inside the most iconic consumer devices on the planet, this is your team.
2️⃣ Audio Converters — ADCs, DACs, Codecs & Class D
Be part of a team with full end-to-end charter for Audio ADCs, DACs, Codecs, and Class D integrated devices targeting Personal Electronics, Automotive, and Industrial markets. These are highly integrated mixed-signal ICs with on-chip DSP — among the most technically complex designs in TI's analog portfolio.
3️⃣ High Voltage Power (HVP) — AC/DC, GaN, Isolated DC/DC
Work on some of the world's most advanced power solutions — AC/DC controllers, isolated DC/DC converters, GaN-integrated power stages, and modules rated for hundreds of volts. TI is expanding this capability to Bangalore — and you could be there from Day 1.
4️⃣ Mixed-Signal SoC — BLE & UWB Connectivity
Join the Central Analog Team within TI's Embedded Processors BU to lead architecture, design, verification, and SoC integration of critical analog/mixed-signal IP blocks for BLE and UWB Connectivity SoCs targeting automotive, industrial, and medical applications.
5️⃣ High-Speed Data Interface — Ethernet PHY & FPD-Link SerDes
Design differentiated high-speed SerDes SoCs for automotive and industrial markets. Work spans Ethernet PHY (in-vehicle, robotic) and FPD-Link (multi-gigabit up to 20+ Gbps for sensor & display). Full product lifecycle owned in Bangalore — from spec to customer support.
6️⃣ Wireless Infrastructure — Transceiver SoCs for 4G/4.5G/AAS Base Stations
Join a world-class team designing integrated transceiver SoCs for 3G/4G/4.5G/AAS base station markets. Work across low-IF, zero-IF, and RF sampling architectures. This is a design-from-scratch role, not sustaining. Our team holds 250+ granted patents — your next idea could be one of them.
7️⃣ Wide-VIN Buck Regulators — Industrial & Automotive (60V+)
Drive concept-to-production execution on Wide-VIN buck regulators (>60V input) for TI's industrial and automotive portfolios. Lead parallel projects, mentor talent, and collaborate across systems, architecture, layout, verification, and validation teams.
8️⃣ MSP MCU Analog IP — Low-Power, High-Precision Blocks
Lead a high-performance team designing low-power, high-precision analog IP — ADCs, DACs, LDOs, DC-DCs, PLLs, op-amps, comparators, references, and clock generators — embedded in TI's MSP-based MCUs for industrial and automotive markets.
9️⃣ Custom Products — Advanced Mobile IC Portfolio
Be part of TI's most technically ambitious custom IC team, delivering solutions for the world's top mobile electronics brands. Portfolio includes display & touch power, charger ICs, camera PMICs, power switches, laser drivers, and high-speed interfaces.
🔟 Audio Converter Design — Mixed-Signal ICs with On-Chip DSP
Join a team with complete end-to-end ownership of Audio ADCs, DACs, Codecs, and Class D integrated devices for PE, Automotive, and Industrial segments. Highly integrated mixed-signal designs with on-chip digital signal processing — some of TI's most market-impactful silicon.
🛠️ What You'll Be Doing (Across Teams)
Architect, design, and verify analog & mixed-signal circuits from concept to silicon
Collaborate with digital design, layout, firmware, verification, validation, test, systems, applications, and marketing teams
Drive flawless first-pass silicon execution with innovative design thinking
Solve real customer problems with out-of-the-box solutions
Contribute to patents and differentiated innovations
Mentor and grow junior engineers (for lead roles)
✅ What We're Looking For
Must Have:
B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D. in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
Strong fundamentals in analog & mixed-signal circuit design
Hands-on experience with transistor-level design in deep-submicron CMOS
Exposure to simulation tools (Spectre, HSPICE, etc.)
Good to Have (varies by team):
Experience in power management, audio, RF, high-speed SerDes, or MCU IP design
Familiarity with layout, DFT, or silicon bring-up
Prior tape-out experience
3–15 years of experience (roles available across levels)
