Analog Design Engineer

Role Description: Mixx Technologies is seeking experienced Analog Design Engineer to join our
growing product engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for
designing, simulating, and verifying high-performance analog and mixed-signal
circuits for next-generation Silicon Photonics products. You will collaborate
closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions in analog,
SerDes, power management, and photonics-enabled semiconductor technologies.

Key Responsibilities
 Design, develop and verify high-performance analog and mixed-signal
circuits.
 Perform transistor-level circuit design, simulation and optimization for
analog IPs.
 Contribute to the design and development of high-speed analog circuits
and power management solutions.
 Collaborate with layout, verification, and system teams to ensure robust
circuit implementation.
 Drive circuit performance improvements while meeting power, area and
reliability targets.
 Participate in design reviews, debugging and silicon bring-up activities.
 Support end-to-end product development from architecture through
validation.

Technical Expertise
 Strong experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit design, high-speed
circuit design, or power management.
 Hands-on design experience in one or more of the following: SerDes,
ADC/DAC, PLL/DLL, LC-PLL, reference circuits, LDOs, DC-DC converters,
or top-level analog integration.
 Proficiency in analog circuit simulation and AMS verification

Required Qualifications
 Master's degree in Electronics with specialization in Analog, Mixed-
Signal, or RF Circuit Design.
 7+ years of industry experience in analog IC design.
 Strong knowledge of analog circuit design principles, simulation, and
verification.
Preferred Qualifications
 Experience with high-bandwidth TIA and high-speed SerDes design.
 Hands-on experience with complete SerDes or key building blocks,
including PAM4 Tx/Rx, Clocking Path and Fractional-N PLL.
