We are seeking a TCXO Design Engineer to lead the development of our next-generation, high-precision timing solutions. In this role, you will design, simulate, and calibrate Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators (TCXOs). You will directly bridge the gap between analog IC design and resonator physics to deliver ultra-stable frequency control products.
What You Will Do
Circuit Design: Create high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits for oscillation, temperature sensing, and voltage control.
Compensation Modeling: Design custom analog or digital compensation networks to counteract quartz crystal temperature drift.
Silicon Validation: Characterize first-silicon frequency stability, phase noise, jitter, and g-sensitivity across full temperature ranges.
Calibration & Yield: Develop automated test algorithms to program calibration data into non-volatile memory and maximize production yield.
Layout & Packaging: Collaborate with layout engineers and packaging teams to minimize parasitic effects and thermal gradients.
What You Bring
Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE) with an analog/RF circuit design focus.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in crystal oscillator design or precision analog IC development.
Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of crystal resonator physics, loop stability, and phase noise optimization.
Advance Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
