About the Role
leadIC Design Pvt Ltd is looking for talented and motivated Analog Circuit Design Engineers to join our growing Analog and Mixed-Signal IC Design team in Hyderabad. We are seeking professionals with strong fundamentals in CMOS analog circuit design and hands-on experience in developing high-performance analog and mixed-signal IPs.
As an Analog Circuit Design Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including layout, verification, and product engineering, to deliver robust and innovative silicon solutions across advanced semiconductor technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop high-performance Analog and Mixed-Signal circuits from specification to transistor-level implementation.
Perform circuit design, simulation, optimization, and verification for analog IPs.
Design and analyze analog building blocks including Operational Amplifiers, Bandgap References, LDOs, Comparators, Current Mirrors, PLL building blocks, ADCs, DACs, Oscillators, and Voltage References.
Perform DC, AC, Transient, Noise, Stability, Corner, and Monte Carlo simulations.
Optimize circuits for performance, power consumption, silicon area, and reliability.
Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure layout-aware circuit design and support post-layout verification.
Analyze and address process variations, mismatch, and parasitic effects.
Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and project planning activities.
Support silicon validation, characterization, and debugging of fabricated designs.
Ensure designs meet product specifications and manufacturing requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Analog or Mixed-Signal IC Design.
Strong understanding of CMOS analog circuit design principles.
Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre simulation environment.
Experience with transistor-level circuit design and analysis.
Proficiency in DC, AC, Transient, Noise, Stability, Corner, and Monte Carlo simulations.
Good understanding of semiconductor devices and CMOS process technologies.
Familiarity with post-layout simulations and parasitic extraction effects.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:
Operational Amplifiers
Bandgap References
LDO Regulators
PLLs and Clock Generation Circuits
ADCs and DACs
Comparators
PMIC Building Blocks
Oscillators
Sensor Interface Circuits
Precision Analog Circuits
Additional experience in the following areas will be an advantage:
Advanced CMOS process technologies.
ESD and reliability-aware design.
Silicon bring-up and characterization.
Mixed-Signal system integration.
Low-power and high-performance analog design techniques.
