About the Role
We are seeking an AI Solutions Specialist to help enterprise customers implement and operationalize AI visibility, governance, and automation across their organizations. This role blends hands-on technical work with customer-facing leadership, enabling you to guide clients through safe, effective AI adoption while building intelligent automation and agentic solutions.
You will lead workshops, deliver platform demonstrations, design AI-driven workflows, and ensure customers achieve measurable value from their AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with enterprise customers to understand requirements, clarify AI strategy, define success metrics, and align priorities with platform capabilities.
• Configure and deploy AI visibility and governance features to support transparency, compliance, and responsible AI use.
• Build, configure, and deploy AI agents that interact with web applications, APIs, MCPs, and other data sources.
• Analyze DOM structures, APIs, events, and network calls to design and optimize automation strategies.
• Test, validate, and refine AI deliverables to ensure quality, reliability, and alignment with customer objectives.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance AI solutions in production environments.
• Advise customers on AI security, governance, and regulatory best practices.
• Create documentation, deliver enablement sessions, and train customers on platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to drive successful deployment and adoption.
Basic Qualifications
• 1+ years of software development and/or scripting experience.
• 1+ years of sales engineering or customer-facing experience in technical or enterprise environments.
• Exposure to RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism).
• Experience across the AI lifecycle: ideation, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with AI visibility and governance concepts for safe enterprise AI adoption.
• Understanding of AI frameworks, prompt engineering, MCPs, or AI agent orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of DOM manipulation, event handling, and asynchronous programming.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into AI deliverables.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), including debugging and performance optimization.
• Experience integrating with APIs and building automation around them.
• Prior experience supporting enterprise-level customers.
• Experience collaborating with development teams and iterating on enterprise products.
• Background in agentic AI bot development or large language model integration.
• Web scraping experience.
• Familiarity with SAML2 and FIDO2 authentication technologies.
