The role: AI Force Multiplier. Senior individual contributor. Reports to our Chief AI Officer with CEO-backed authority to make engagement non-optional. On-site at HQ. United States citizen, clearable.
You embed with each function lead, ship the first Claude workflow with them, codify it, hand off ownership, and rotate. You teach by doing. You leave behind capability, not dependency.
Your peer group is technically deep. Electrical, mechanical, optical, software, firmware, and hardware leads who have shipped real systems. They will respect depth and dismiss anyone without it in no time. You have to earn the room before you change it.
Bar: production-scale work with the Claude API, Claude Code, Agent SDK, Model Context Protocol (MCP), skills, and plugins. A builder track record where humans actually adopted the thing.
