Salary: $176K to $228K base + 20% variable quarterly + competitive equity

Who you'll join
A fast-growing AI inference platform is hiring its first wave of senior field engineers to work directly with some of the most ambitious AI-native companies in the industry. They have raised $327M to become the fastest way to build and scale AI on open models, powering production workloads at Uber, DoorDash, Notion, and Cursor. The momentum here is real.
The team is small and deliberately senior, with plans to grow quickly around this initial group. You will have real ownership from day one, contribute back to the product, and work at a pace that matches the companies you serve.
What you'll do
Own customer accounts end to end, from discovery through production deployment.
Build POCs and MVPs hands-on alongside AI-native engineering teams.
Scope and structure technical projects with clear plans and measurable outcomes.
Push PRs to internal codebases and contribute directly to product improvements.
Run client workshops, architecture reviews, and technical conversations at all levels.
Troubleshoot inference, fine-tuning, and deployment issues across GPU infrastructure.
Partner with account executives to move deals from technical validation to production.
Who you are
Bring 5+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping real systems, with a minimum of 2 years in most roles.
Combine strong ML or data science fundamentals with genuine client-facing ability.
Communicate clearly with engineers and executives in the same conversation.
Thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and ownership is broad.
Approach problems with systems-level thinking and structured problem decomposition.
Work with low ego, take ownership without being asked, and care about the product.
Bonus: familiarity with inference frameworks like vLLM, SGLang, or TensorRT-LLM.
