Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years of software industry experience
Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts and model evaluation
Proven experience with production AI/ML models
Ability to develop and maintain high-quality Python code
Experience creating LLM-powered services and features
Desire and aptitude for learning new AI/ML techniques and tools
Familiarity with end-to-end AI/ML processes such as deployment and maintenance at scale
Preferred: experience with AWS AI/ML stack, document processing with LLMs, mentoring teammates, and working with multiple LLM models and tools

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance AI/ML services that deliver measurable value to users
Evaluate, experiment, and iterate on LLM and traditional ML models, including context engineering and agent workflows
Monitor and maintain production models, ensuring optimal performance
Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to integrate AI features into customer-facing products
Stay up-to-date with emerging AI/ML developments and incorporate best practices into solutions
Provide strategic input on technical AI/ML initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts
