About Position:
We are hiring an Accessibility Test Lead to drive accessibility initiatives and lead teams in delivering inclusive and compliant digital experiences.
Role: Accessibility Test Lead
Location: Pune / Bangalore / Noida
Experience: 8 to 12 Years
Job Type: Full Time Employment
What You'll Do:
Lead accessibility testing initiatives and teams
Define accessibility testing strategies
Conduct accessibility audits and compliance checks
Drive automation using Playwright/Selenium
Oversee API automation testing
Mentor and manage QA teams
Collaborate with stakeholders for accessibility compliance
Promote AI-enabled testing practices
Expertise You'll Bring:
Strong experience in accessibility testing and tools
Proven leadership and team management experience
Expertise in automation tools (Playwright/Selenium)
Strong programming knowledge (Python/Java/JavaScript)
Experience in API automation
Knowledge of WCAG and global accessibility standards
Exposure to AI tools in testing (Codex/Cline preferred)
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
