Job Overview
We are seeking a Product Development Quality Assurance Engineer to support the validation of 5G Private Wireless Networks in a lab and pre-production environment. This role focuses on executing test cases, analyzing results, and ensuring network features and functions meet performance and quality standards before deployment.

Key Responsibilities
Execute test cases to validate 4G/5G network features and functions in lab environments
Perform 5G Standalone (SA) and Non-Standalone (NSA) call flow validation
Analyze logs, generate reports, and provide detailed test results
Validate mobility scenarios including 5G ↔ 4G handoffs
Work with RAN and 5G Core network elements
Maintain accurate test documentation, logs, and reporting (Excel, presentations)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals
Support troubleshooting using device and network logs

Required Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in wireless device and/or network testing
Strong understanding of 4G/5G (SA & NSA) call flows
Hands-on experience with 5G Standalone (SA) validation
Knowledge of RAN (Radio Access Network) and 5G Core architecture
Experience with testing tools such as QXDM, QCAT, Wireshark, XCAL/XCAT
Familiarity with 3GPP standards
Experience with mobility testing and handoff scenarios
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage test execution end-to-end

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Ericsson equipment (plus: Nokia, Cisco)
Experience with Samsung/Android device testing and debugging
Prior experience supporting Verizon/Samsung/Ericsson similar telecom environments
