Sigma Defense is seeking a Drafting Engineer II, III to support PMW160 and NIWC Pacific for U.S. Navy Enterprise networks. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to shape capability delivery by providing:

System Rack Design
Technical Data Packages
Installation Requirement Drawings
Environmental Qualification Testing
Troubleshooting
Lifecycle Engineering Support for Navy IT Networks and Systems

The candidate will work closely with Navy stakeholders and partner teams to ensure applications and services are documented and integrated effectively.

Requirements


Drafting Engineer II:

3 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in a technical field of study; 7 years of experience and an Associate's degree in a technical field of study or High School Diploma; 10 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree in a technical field of study.
Experiencing with designing rack elevation drawings, technical drawing packages, and installation requirements drawings
Must be a U.S. citizen


Drafting Engineer III:

7 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in a technical field of study; 11 years of experience and an Associate's degree in a technical field of study or High School Diploma; 14 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree in a technical field of study.
Expertise with designing rack elevation drawings, technical drawing packages, and installation requirements drawings
Must be a U.S. Citizen


Computer Software/Programs:

AutoCAD


Personnel Clearance Level:

Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher
Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate


Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):

Design, develop, enhance, integrate, and maintain hardware system components supporting PMW160 system configuration, deployment and sustainment
Troubleshoot complex issues in lab and deployed environments while providing root cause analysis, and defect resolution implementation
Collaborate with engineering team in a fast-paced operational environment to support operational readiness


Salary Range: $92,000 - $150,000 annually.
